These terms govern your use of the Just Habits iOS application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

The short version

Just Habits is a simple habit tracker. You use it to track habits on your device. We don’t collect your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. The App is sold as-is.

Use of the App

Just Habits is available for iOS devices. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.

Pricing and purchases

The App offers a limited free tier (3 active habits) and a one-time in-app purchase ($4.99) for unlimited habits. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.

The one-time purchase is non-recurring. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or additional charges.

Your data

All habit data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through your own iCloud account. We do not have access to your data, do not store it on our servers, and do not transmit it to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You may export your data as a CSV file at any time. Deleting the App removes all local data.

Availability and updates

We may update the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, and content are the property of Aaron Hampton. The app icon, name, and visual identity are protected.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaron Hampton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
